1. transcribe medical reports, patient history, consultation notes, and other medical documents accurately and efficiently.

2. ensure all transcribed documents are proofread for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

3. maintain confidentiality of patient information according to hipaa regulations.

4. communicate with healthcare professionals to clarify any unclear or incomplete dictation.

5. update and maintain patient records in electronic medical records systems.

6. meet productivity and quality standards set by the healthcare facility.
