job overview:

we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented medical representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, medical practitioners, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

key responsibilities:

promote and sell companys pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

conduct product presentations and detailing to doctors.

ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities and market feedback.

organize cmes (continuing medical education) and promotional events.

monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer profiles, and territory performance.

qualifications & skills:

bachelors degree in pharmacy, science, or any relevant field (preferred).

prior experience as a medical representative or in pharmaceutical sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).

excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.

self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
