Overview :

Updating medical history, laboratory reports, and treatment plans in EHR systems.

Maintaining patient records in compliance with legal standards (., HIPAA) and privacy protocols.

Reviewing patient charts for accuracy, completeness, and required signatures.

Processing requests for information from physicians, patients, insurance companies, and legal entities.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE
