responsibilities:
as a medical officer, you will be responsible for managing the patients inbound and outbound calls
coming to ours help line number. this will include understanding patient problem, doctor’
advisement, guiding patient about the treatment, procedure, technique, benefits, precautions, post
treatment do’s/don’ts, with necessary follow-ups pre/ post treatment etc.
• knowledge in medical services and healthcare sector.
• creating/ ideating content for patients understanding/ benefit.
• ensuring patient satisfaction and assisting them with their issues/concerns
• coordinates appointments, referrals for all patients.
• strategizing ideas to improve conversion.
• drive improvements in patient experience
• serving as a backup when other employees are on leave etc
• taking decisions when needed without supervision to ensure smooth customer experience
• developing the knowledge of patient needs and trends to improve overall satisfaction and
loyalty
