To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor of Hotel Management or ma. You should have 1 to 6 years of experience in a clinical or health-related setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with patients and staff daily. A good understanding of medical terminology and patient care practices is also expected to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
