required skills and expectations:
- possess a valid certification or diploma in medical lab technology, such as mlt or dmlt, with a minimum of 4-10 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.
- knowledge of medical terminology, laboratory techniques, and quality control processes to accurately perform and interpret laboratory tests.
