- perform a variety of routine and specialized laboratory tests in order to assist medical professionals in diagnosing and treating patients. this includes analyzing samples such as blood, urine, and tissue for abnormalities or diseases.

- ensure proper handling and storage of laboratory samples, as well as accurate labeling and documentation of test results to maintain quality assurance and patient safety.

- operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and analyzers, in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and precision in test results.
