Interview For Medical LAB Technician || BDS - Freshers

Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples according to laboratory protocols.

Perform routine laboratory tests on blood, urine, stool, and other clinical specimens.

Prepare samples, reagents, slides, and culture media for laboratory analysis.

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and diagnostic equipment.

Perform basic hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and pathology tests.

Record and document test results accurately and maintain laboratory reports.

Conduct quality-control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

Follow proper sample identification, storage, and transportation procedures.

Maintain laboratory cleanliness, hygiene, and infection-control standards.

Handle chemicals, reagents, and biological samples safely.

Assist senior technicians, pathologists, and laboratory professionals during procedures.

Perform routine equipment calibration, cleaning, and maintenance.

Identify and report abnormal or inconsistent test results to the appropriate supervisor.

Maintain inventory of laboratory reagents, consumables, and supplies.

Follow laboratory safety procedures and organizational quality standards.
