roles and responsibilities of a facilitator:

● conducting the classroom training for a batch of aspiring paramedics

● organizing extra-curricular activitiesforstudent’s overall development

● motivate and mentorstudents as needed

● collecting student doubts and addressing them

● graduation from any science background

● passion for teaching
