roles and responsibilities

• handle the day-to-day operations of the coding

• assign diagnosis and procedure codes for the patient charts

• adherence to the company's coding compliance policy/plan internal and external (clients)

• ability to work on software applications systems and a willingness to learn

• to improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager.

required candidate profile

• good knowledge in human anatomy and physiology

• good communication and interpersonal skills

• basic computer skills

• fresher/experienced medical coder

preferred qualification
