Fresher hiring for Medical Coder

Seeking a Female Medical Coder to join our team on a full-time basis in Mysore Bangalore Highway. As a Medical Coder, you will be responsible for accurately assigning codes to medical procedures and diagnoses for billing and insurance purposes.

Key responsibilities include reviewing patient information to determine proper coding, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient encounters. Additionally, you will collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and resolve any discrepancies in coding.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a relevant field and be a fresh graduate. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new coding guidelines and regulations are also required. Experience with medical coding software and certification in medical coding is a plus.
