Preparing and submitting medical claims to insurance companies and other payers on behalf of healthcare providers

Ensuring that medical claims are accurate and complete, including verifying patient and insurance information, and applying appropriate billing codes

Following up on unpaid or denied claims, investigating the reasons for denial or rejection, and resolving any issues or errors in the claim
