responsibilities:

• process medical claims and verify claim information

• update payment status and billing records in the system

• communicate with us insurance providers for claim follow-ups

• resolve claim discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation

• maintain compliance with healthcare billing guidelines

• coordinate with internal teams to support billing operations

requirements:

• any graduate (life sciences background preferred but not mandatory)

• good verbal and written communication skills

• basic knowledge of computers and documentation

• willingness to work in rotational shifts
