Medical Assistant

• Clinic Opening and closing.

• Receive patients by warmly greeting and making them comfortable inside.

• Making entries in the Patient data-base system for Check In, Bill raising, Prescription, Checkout and Payment Collection.

• Assist the Doctor, while treating the patients.

• Coordinate with Labs to send and collect the patients’ specimen.

• Make sure that the clinical environment, tools & instruments are neat and clean always.

• Verify the stocks and make sure enough medical and clinical items are available in clinic.

• Making and recording feedback calls
