R&D Manager (Mechanical)

Exceptional conceptual thinking and analytical skills

• Clear business writing, oral, and presentation skills

• Ability to describe complex business functionality to technical staff and product stakeholders in clear and understandable terms

• Detail oriented and able to deliver highly accurate results

• You will pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance.

• You will execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights

• You will work with and influence stakeholders to take data driven decisions

• Handle analytical processes using various business intelligence solutions such as: Tableau / QlikView / SAS / SPSS

• Keep track of latest and greatest happening in the industries through continuous interaction with stakeholders and secondary research

• Conduct industry and portfolio analysis to develop growth strategies with existing partnerships and identify new partnership opportunities via direct methods, networking and research.
