Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: . / in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 38 years in mechanical maintenance, preferably in chemical/petrochemical/fertilizer plants

Industry Exposure: Experience in Fluoro Chemicals or similar hazardous chemical environments is highly desirable

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of rotating & static equipment

Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and equipment GA drawings

Hands-on experience in pump alignment, mechanical seal replacement, valve servicing

Working knowledge of predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, thermography)

Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Strong troubleshooting skills and decision-making under pressure

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Safety-conscious and disciplined
