Mechanical Engineer - MEPH

- Very good Revit skills

- Very good CAD skills

- Good general understanding of all MEPH building services systems.

- Good technical understanding of all M & PH systems.

- Excellent ability to think in three dimensions and the ability to arrange services in tight and challenging ceiling voids & service risers.

- A good understanding of how MEPH services are installed on site.

- Understanding in relation to correct positioning of system accessories such as valves, FDs & measuring devices etc

- Knowing the potential problems and solutions to successfully coordinate MEPH services.

- Some experience working on site would be an advantage.

- A good understanding in relation to space provision for safe maintenance of plant & equipment.

- An excellent attention to detail.

- Willing to be responsible for project delivery.

- Good management skills to manage the project team.

- Be willing to work as part of the team and to educate and bring along more junior staff.

- Good English and good communication skills.
