· Team coordination should be strong for various project activities

· Deadlines of project should meet

· Finding out what the client wants to achieve

· Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed

· Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of the project

· Selecting and leading a project team

· Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services

· Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget

· Carrying out risk assessment

· Making sure that all the aims of the project are met

· Making sure the quality standards are met

· Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress

· Reporting regularly on progress to the client or to senior.
