Mechanical Engineer (0-6 Years)

Inspect castings as per approved quality standards and customer specifications.

Perform dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.

Assist in visual inspection and defect identification of castings.

Support Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities such as UT, MT, PT, and hardness testing (under supervision).

Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.

Monitor quality parameters during production and report deviations.

Coordinate with Production and Foundry teams for corrective and preventive actions.

Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and implementation of corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Management System requirements and internal quality procedures.

Follow safety rules and maintain housekeeping standards in the quality department.

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Department Head.
