key responsibilities

create technical drawings and 3d models:

develop detailed 2d drawings and 3d models using cad software to represent machinery, mechanical components, and systems.

translate designs:

convert sketches, ideas, and specifications from engineers into detailed technical drawings and production plans.

specify details:

include dimensions, materials, fastening methods, and other engineering information required for manufacturing and assembly.

collaborate with engineering teams:

work closely with engineers to understand design goals, receive feedback, and make necessary updates or revisions.

ensure accuracy and standards:

verify the accuracy of drawings and ensure that they comply with industry standards and project requirements.

resolve design problems:

analyze specifications and other data to identify and resolve potential design or production issues.
