Jr. Draft Man ( Mechanical / Design )

To prepare 3D and 2D drawings and preparation of BOM .Mechanical Design Cost Reduction .Timely preparation of Submission & Fabrication Drawings .Timely preparation of BOM .

1. Prepare 3D Models of designs and check for practical working of design

2. Prepare all drawings as pre tender / customer requirement for submission .

Prepare final fabrication drawings and ensure all electrical clearances are maintained as per guidelines

4. Coordinate with purchase department for drawings of External & Internal Fittings as needed

5. Coordinate with production department for resolving any issues on shop floor

6. Coordinate with Vendors for any design related issues during fabrication / manufacturing

7. Assist in Preparing BOM for all designs

8. Physically verify BOM / Design during various stages of production at the time of prototype / 1st time production

Knowledge on CAD software’s: 3D Modeling software & 2D AutoCAD .

Qualification Should be ITI in AUTOCAD 3D & 2D .
