Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated MD Medicine professional to join our healthcare team in Talwandi Sabo, Bathinda, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate will work in a full-time role, providing quality medical care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care: Diagnose and treat patients with various medical conditions, assessing their health requirements and creating tailored treatment plans.

2. Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

3. Collaboration with Healthcare Staff: Work closely with nurses, other physicians, and healthcare personnel to deliver coordinated care and improve patient outcomes.

4. Continuing Education: Stay current with the latest advancements in medicine and participate in professional development activities to refine skills and knowledge.

5. Community Health Engagement: Participate in community health initiatives to promote wellness and educate patients on preventive health measures.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a Post Graduate degree in Medicine and exhibit strong clinical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves interacting with patients and healthcare teams. The ideal candidate should be capable of working under pressure, demonstrate empathy towards patients, and show a commitment to providing high-quality care. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving healthcare practices will greatly contribute to your success in this role. Previous experience in clinical settings is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates. Qualification MD/DNB in Internal Medicine. Package Fixed + Share basis or 100% share Basis its a full time Job.
