**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Patient Assessment:** Conduct thorough examinations to assess patients’ health conditions and medical histories, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.

- **Diagnosis and Treatment:** Identify medical issues and recommend appropriate treatments, including prescribing medications and therapies suitable for the patient's condition.

- **Patient Education:** Educate patients and their families about health issues, treatment options, and preventive measures, enhancing their understanding and promoting better health choices.

- **Medical Documentation:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatments, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations.
