Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate MBBS Doctor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have completed an MBBS degree from a recognized medical college in India and possess 2-5 years of clinical experience. The candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining professional and ethical medical standards.

Eligibility Criteria

MBBS degree from a recognized Medical College in India.

Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the respective State Medical Council.

2-5 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.

Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and emergency duties if required.

Key Responsibilities

Examine, diagnose, and treat patients according to established medical protocols.

Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

Handle OPD and IPD patients efficiently.

Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care when required.

Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient management.

Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, preventive healthcare, and lifestyle modifications.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and medical ethics.

Required Skills

Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.

Patient-centered approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and make timely medical decisions.

Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Teamwork and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

Experience in General Medicine, Emergency Care, OPD, or IPD management.

Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems is an added advantage.
