We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a passion for teaching. The role is full-time and requires working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Mathematics Concepts: Deliver engaging lessons on various mathematical concepts to students, ensuring clarity and understanding.

- Develop Lesson Plans: Create structured lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.

- Assess Student Performance: Evaluate students' progress through tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

- Encourage Participation: Foster an interactive classroom environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and participating in discussions.

- Support Individual Learning: Provide additional support to students who may be struggling, offering extra help and resources.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science with a focus on Mathematics.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting is desirable, showcasing your ability to manage a classroom effectively.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining concepts clearly to students.

- Patience and Empathy: Exhibit patience and understanding while working with students of varying skill levels and learning paces.

- Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for educating students and inspiring a love for mathematics in them.
