**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Experience:** 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting is desirable, showcasing your ability to manage a classroom effectively.

- **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining concepts clearly to students.
