Maths Faculty TGT (Female)

We are looking for a dedicated Maths Faculty member to join our team in Barasat. This full-time position is for someone who is passionate about teaching mathematics and fostering a positive learning environment for students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Teach Mathematics:** Plan and deliver engaging math lessons to students at various levels, ensuring clarity in concepts and reasoning.

- **Develop Curriculum:** Create and update the math curriculum to align with educational standards and meet the needs of students.

- **Assess Student Progress:** Regularly evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to help students improve.

- **Support Learning Activities:** Organize and participate in math-related activities and events that enhance students’ understanding and appreciation of the subject.

- **Collaborate with Teachers:** Work closely with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary approaches that integrate math with other subjects.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should hold a and degree, preferably in Mathematics or a related field. A passion for teaching and strong communication skills are essential. Ideal candidates should have at least 0 to 3 years of teaching experience, demonstrating competence in delivering math concepts effectively. Candidates must be proficient in using teaching tools that enhance learning.
