We are looking for a dedicated Female Massager to help manage and grow our beauty business, which includes a spa, salon, and unisex parlour located in Varanasi, India. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering excellent massage services while overseeing daily operations.

Key responsibilities include providing various massage services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will also help in managing appointments and inventory while assisting in promoting the salon's services to attract new clients. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending appropriate treatments will be essential.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a supportive atmosphere for clients. Basic knowledge of massage techniques and beauty treatments is preferred, but enthusiastic newcomers with a willingness to learn are welcome. Organizational skills are crucial, as you will be expected to manage inventory and schedules efficiently.

The work is full-time and requires you to be present at the office location. Specific shift timings and working days will be discussed during the interview process. A valid driver's license is not mentioned, but practical skills in handling equipment and managing tasks are essential.
