Mason (3-5 Years)

We are looking for a skilled Mason to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in masonry work and must have completed at least the 10th grade. This full-time position requires physical stamina and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Construct Structures: Build walls, foundations, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and stones, ensuring strength and durability.

- Mix Materials: Prepare mortar and other building materials according to specifications to ensure proper consistency and strength for construction projects.

- Follow Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and specifications for every job.

- Repair and Maintain: Fix damaged walls and structures by replacing bricks or stones and applying sealants or finishes as necessary.

- Work Safely: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and create a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The Mason should possess a strong understanding of masonry techniques and tools. Good physical condition is essential, as the job involves lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. Attention to detail is critical to ensure high-quality workmanship. The candidate must have effective communication skills to collaborate with coworkers and manage tasks efficiently. Reliability and dedication to completing projects on time are important attributes.
