Job Description:

As a Mason, you will play a pivotal role in our construction projects by applying your expertise in masonry to ensure the successful completion of various structures. We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about their craft, possess excellent attention to detail, and can work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Masonry Work: Perform skilled masonry work, including bricklaying, concrete block installation, and stone masonry, to construct walls, structures, and foundations.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans to execute precise masonry layouts.

Material Handling: Select, cut, and shape materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, and stones to fit project specifications.

Mortar Mixing: Prepare and mix mortar or grout to the appropriate consistency for various masonry applications.

Structural Integrity: Ensure the structural integrity of constructed walls and surfaces, making sure they meet safety and quality standards.

Repairs and Restoration: Conduct repairs and restoration work on existing masonry structures as required.

Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other construction professionals, including laborers, carpenters, and supervisors.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Mason in the construction industry.

Proficiency in various masonry techniques and materials, including brick, block, and stone.

Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans.

Knowledge of mortar mixing and preparation.

Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.

Physical fitness and the ability to work in demanding conditions.

Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic or English.

Reliable and punctual.

Must be eligible to work in Bahrain.
