Job Description: Skilled Mason required for Belarus construction projects—brick/block work, plastering, concrete finishing, and quality masonry as per drawings

Job Location: BELARUS

Key Responsibilities

Read basic drawings/markings to accurately set out walls, columns, and masonry lines.​

Mix mortar/cement in the correct ratio and maintain consistent work quality on site.​

Lay bricks/blocks/stone in proper alignment, level, and bond as per site requirements.​

Perform plastering, patch repair, and surface finishing for smooth, durable results.​

Cut, shape, and fit masonry units using hand/power tools for neat finishing and joints.​

Perform repair/renovation work, such as replacing damaged bricks/blocks and fixing joints.​

Support basic concrete works (bed preparation, levelling, finishing) where needed.​

Follow site safety rules, work on ladders/scaffolding safely, and keep the area clean.​

Maintain tools/equipment, report material needs, and coordinate with supervisor/team.

Salary & Earnings

Basic salary Range: 900 USD to 1000 USD

Over Time availability and Over Time calculation basis (as per local labour law/company policy).

Work Schedule

Duty hours 8 to 10 hours (including break).

Working 6 days.

Leave policy: As per Company Policy/Local Labour Law
