key responsibilities:

lead marketing strategy and execution for the lighting division (2w, 3w, 4w & bus segments)

develop and maintain oem client relationships

identify and capture new business opportunities

plan and manage branding, digital marketing, trade shows, and promotional campaigns

conduct market research, competitor analysis & customer insights

collaborate with sales, r&d, and production teams for product positioning

drive b2b communication and marketing collateral development

define and track kpis for lead generation, customer retention & revenue growth

qualifications & skills:

mba/pgdm in marketing or related field

5+ years of experience in the automotive or lighting industry

strong understanding of oem customer requirements

proficient in digital marketing tools & branding strategies

excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
