key responsibilities:
1. marketing strategy & planning
• develop integrated marketing strategies combining online and offline channels.
• conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• plan monthly and quarterly marketing calendars.
2. online marketing
• lead digital marketing campaigns across google ads, meta ads, youtube, and other
platforms.
• oversee social media management (instagram, youtube, facebook, linkedin).
• optimize website and marketplace presence (amazon, flipkart, brand website).
• track analytics and improve campaign performance.
• manage online content creation – reels, creatives, videos, blogs.
offline marketing
• plan and execute offline marketing campaigns such as:
o atl/btl activities
o print materials (brochures, posters, standees)
o events, exhibitions, seminars & workshops
o dealer/retail marketing support
• coordinate with vendors for printing, branding, and promotions.
• plan product display, merchandising & in-store branding.
4. brand management
• strengthen brand identity across online/offline channels.
• collaborate with agencies, designers, photographers & influencers.
• ensure consistent brand communication.
5. product & performance marketing
• understand product features to develop strong messaging.
• plan product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
• review performance metrics and optimize roi.
6. team leadership
• lead and mentor the marketing team.
• allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution.
7. reporting & analytics
• share weekly/monthly performance reports.
• present insights, campaign outcomes, and improvement ideas.
