Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote our products/services.

2. Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

3. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.

4. Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to optimize performance and ROI.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, etc.) to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

6. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

7. Manage marketing budget effectively, ensuring all campaigns are cost-efficient and deliver measurable results.

8. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

9. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influences, and other relevant partners.

10. Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities to senior management.

Qualifications:

Required Masters in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
