Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Head in the Real Estate industry. As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, overseeing marketing campaigns, and managing a team of marketing professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives

Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events

Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring their development and success

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, and develop marketing strategies accordingly

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective measures

Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment

Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing activities and ensure brand consistency

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights

Strong organizational and project management skills
