Responsibilities: Lead Generation II Cold Calling
• Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sell the
company's products and services
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage
repeat business
• Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders and process
customer purchases
• Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance
• Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and
follow-up to ensure action has been taken
