Identify prospects by lead generation on the field like reference from CA, existing
customers etc.
ï‚· Coordinate with pre-sales resource to fix appointments for demos
ï‚· Show product/solutions demos by using the appropriate tools & send quotations
ï‚· Identify Business needs of the prospect & show how they can be fulfilled in the product
demo
ï‚· Identify customization/training requirements from the new prospect
ï‚· Installation of Tally at new customer site along with basic training
ï‚· Conduct basic product training for new customers
ï‚· Identify module implementation requirement and generate implementation leads
ï‚· Pass any noteworthy feedback to the coordinator and/or owner
