Marketing Executive (Lift & Elevator Division)

📍Location: Coimbatore & Madurai

🎓Qualification: Bachelor-s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

🎯Experience: 1-3 years (in construction, building materials, or elevator/lift industry preferred)

🏢 Industry: Elevators, Building Materials, Construction, Real Estate

🧑-💼 Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and facility managers.

- Promote the company-s elevator products, maintenance, and modernization services.

- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow up on enquiries.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for quotations and site visits.

- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.

Required Skills:

💬 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

🚀 Self-motivated and result-oriented professional.

💼 Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.

🧠 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

🚗 Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

💰 Salary: -15,000 - -25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
