qualification: bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

experience: 13 years (in construction, building materials, or elevator/lift industry preferred)

key responsibilities:

identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and facility managers.

promote the companys elevator products, maintenance, and modernization services.

conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow up on enquiries.

achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

coordinate with technical and operations teams for quotations and site visits.

participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.

required skills:

excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

self-motivated and result-oriented professional.

strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.

basic knowledge of ms office (excel, word, powerpoint).

willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

salary: 15,000 25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
