🎓qualification: bachelor-s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

🎯experience: 1-3 years (in construction, building materials, or elevator/lift industry preferred)

key responsibilities:

- identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and facility managers.

- promote the company-s elevator products, maintenance, and modernization services.

- conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow up on enquiries.

- achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

- coordinate with technical and operations teams for quotations and site visits.

- participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

- maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
