To visit the Referral doctors in the assigned areas to develop relationship for getting referrals .

You are responsible for the achievement of the assigned target.

Keep regular Follow ups with Referral doctors, maintain call average norms and keep updating doctors list .

To provide timely feedbacks of the referred patients to the Referral doctors.

To conduct various brand building and visibility related activities in surrounding areas , associations , clubs and to improve footfalls

To meet internal doctors for their suggestions to improve footfalls.
