Coordinate day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning
Review online portals on daily basis and forward lead/inquiries to concern person in the organisation.
Coordinate with the internal stake holder for action on inquiry/order/PI/payment and ensure end to end coordination
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers for office requirements and follow ups.
Maintain Client database schedule meetings and handle project related tasks.
Assist in preparing basic presentations, reports, and proposals.
Track purchase orders, invoices, dispatch details, and payment follow-ups (as required)
