Job Title: Performance Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on driving user acquisition and engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and product launches.

Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on advertising spend while meeting performance goals.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance and innovate marketing strategies.

Create and present regular performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for future optimizations.

Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages.

Monitor and stay compliant with industry best practices and regulations in digital advertising.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and ensure brand consistency.

Stay informed about the competitive landscape and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within a technology-focused company.

Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on results and ROI.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.

A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
