Manager - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:The incumbent will be responsible to oversee all aspects of Human Resource practices and processes

with respect to recruitment, on boarding, HR operations

Responsibilities:  Anchor end to end recruitment lifecycle including role definition, candidate sourcing,

candidate assessment, selection, offer generation, pre-boarding, on boarding and induction.

 Collaborate with recruitment agencies to hire best talent.

 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and conduct initial

screening of received profiles.

 Ensure proper documentation in line with compliance requirements during all stages of

candidate assessment for future reference and audits.
