Job Summary:The incumbent will be responsible to oversee all aspects of Human Resource practices and processes
with respect to recruitment, on boarding, HR operations
Responsibilities: Anchor end to end recruitment lifecycle including role definition, candidate sourcing,
candidate assessment, selection, offer generation, pre-boarding, on boarding and induction.
Collaborate with recruitment agencies to hire best talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and conduct initial
screening of received profiles.
Ensure proper documentation in line with compliance requirements during all stages of
candidate assessment for future reference and audits.
