Manager Paint Shop (Full Time)

Job description:

- Hiring, Training & Retaining the team members in your functional domain.

- Paint shop Planning along with PPA for optimum resource utilization of (man, material, method, machines) and allocating the available resources as per time scheduling.

- Follow Job Card / Work Order system and control the Quality and Productivity.

- Responsible for process optimization to achieve Target Productivity, RFT and OEE and Plant utilization. Ensuring process compliance by monitoring processes, identifying causes and making changes for final scale up,

- MIS Generation and monitoring Hourly production and reporting

- Ensure SAP-ERP, BARCODE system & FIFO in Paint shop in effectively. Handling production data thru SAP production records must be 100% updated on real time basis.

- Co-ordination of activities with PPC, QA,MMT , TMT, RSD,ASSY Sections for routine work or for any issues .

- Generate MRM- MIS on Inventory, Consumptions, FG / WIP Stocks & Sales Rev.

- Focus and control on Internal PPM, Customer Rejection.

- Manage Paint kitchen, quality SOP Std as per agreed Std with each customer / product lines.

- Achieving 100% demand fulfillment for each customer.

- Coordination with Inj. Mold-Shop on Daily Basis and Plan adjustment to meet 100% customer demands while maintaining Stocks.

- Machine Load and Capacity planning & Optimization & Sales Maximization.

- Drive Kaizens & Productivity improvement through Automation, waste elimination & rejection control.

- Managing Utility, Implements and Support Auxiliaries for 100% Uptime of Paint shop.

- Monthly MRM data preparation - Customer Delivery Performance.

- Generate MRM- MIS on Inventory, Consumptions, FG / WIP Stocks & Sales.

Educational Qualification: /, Diploma in paint technology

Technical skills: Paint shop, SAP-ERP, BARCODE, FIFO

Soft skills: Communications skills, Team building
