Urgent hiring for Amravati (MH) location for the Position: Mall Fit Out Coordinator

Work Exp - Minimum 5 years

Salary Band - 30,000 to 40,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage site visits, joint measurement, and tenant’s queries, by tenant /their architect for the purpose of fit out.

2. Coordinate with Client’s Project engineers to ensure completion of grey shell for the purpose of handover

3. Ensure that the fit out is in accordance with the approved design.

4. Identifying and escalating any deviation from the approved design.

5. Coordinate with the Client’s Project/Engineering/Operations team for regular site inspections of each fit out as per the fit-out processes and generate reports of the same.

6. Develop periodical MIS reports & Completion reports of the fit-outs for the management.
