Leading tinplate can manufacturing company seeks a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure seamless machine operation in a fast-paced production environment. Your expertise will minimize downtime on critical production lines involving can forming, seaming, and coating machines �.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment including presses, conveyors, fillers, and seamers. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance: vibration analysis, lubrication schedules, hydraulic fluid checks, and component inspections �.Conduct root cause analysis for breakdowns and implement corrective actions to boost uptime �.Read blueprints, P&IDs, and manuals; fabricate minor parts using lathe/welding tools �.Ensure compliance with safety standards and train junior staff �.Coordinate shift maintenance, manage spares inventory �.Required Qualifications & Experience:Diploma//BE in Mechanical Engineering �.1+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing (FMCG, metal packaging, or auto preferred) with hydraulic pumps/valves, pneumatic actuators, and gearboxes �.Proven skills in hydraulics (circuit diagnostics, seal replacement), pneumatics (valve timing, leak detection), and mechanical alignments �.Familiarity with tools: multimeters, pressure gauges, laser alignment, thermography �.Key Skills to Demonstrate:Hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting under pressure �.Condition monitoring (vibration, oil analysis) �.Root cause analysis and fast repairs �.What We Offer:Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000/month (based on experience) + shift allowance -.PF, ESI, medical insurance, performance nt hire: Immediate joining preferred for quick onboarding.
