Job Description

We are hiring a Foreman - Machinist for our shipyard/marine operations. The position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar environment. The salary offered is 3500 AED per month, with additional benefits including free food and sharing accommodation provided by the company. The working hours are 8 hours per day, totaling 48 hours in a week. Overtime hours will be applicable after 48 working hours. The Foreman - Machinist will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of machinists, ensuring smooth operation of the machining department, assigning work duties, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting a culture of safety. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and knowledge of marine safety regulations are required.
