Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of PET preform thermoplastic machines to ensure their optimal performance and longevity.

Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during machine operation and provide prompt and effective solutions.

Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine settings, improve efficiency, and minimize downtime.

Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts, ensuring that all work is carried out with precision and adherence to safety guidelines.

Keep accurate records of machine maintenance, repairs, and performance, and provide detailed reports as required.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in PET preform thermoplastic machines and implement relevant improvements.

Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and expertise to help them fulfill their potential.
