Inspect processed panels and parts for dimensions, finish, and edge quality to meet production standards.
4ï¸ï¿½ï¿½ Basic Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments on assigned machines to ensure smooth functioning.
5ï¸ï¿½ï¿½ Production Records:
Maintain logs of daily output, downtime, and machine settings as per company protocols.
6ï¸ï¿½ï¿½ Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety guidelines including use of PPE, emergency stops, and safe material handling practices.
7ï¸ï¿½ï¿½ Process Improvement:
Identify and report any operational issues or inefficiencies to the supervisor for corrective action.
8ï¸ï¿½ï¿½ Blueprint Reading:
Interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and job cards to set up machines accurately.
9ï¸ï¿½ï¿½ Team Coordination:
Collaborate with supervisors, carpenters, helpers, and other operators to achieve daily production targets.
