job summary:

we are looking for dedicated and responsible machine operators to join our production team. the candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machines used in the manufacturing of pneumatic and hydraulic valves for the automobile industry.

key responsibilities:

operate and monitor production machines (lathe, drilling, milling, or cnc machines as applicable).

load raw materials and unload finished components safely and efficiently.

inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensions

perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning on a daily basis

follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

report machine faults or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.

maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workstation.

assist in packaging, labeling, and dispatching finished goods when required.

qualifications & skills:

education: 10th / 12th pass or iti (fitter, turner, machinist, mechanical, or production).

experience: 02 years (freshers can also apply).

skills required:

basic understanding of machine operation and production processes.

ability to read and understand simple technical drawings or instructions.

physically fit and able to work in shifts.

attention to detail and safety awareness.

working conditions:

rotational shifts (morning/evening/night).

factory environment standing work, handling tools, operating machines.

overtime as per production requirement.
