We are currently hiring 50-100 Diploma freshers for the position of Machine Line Operator for an OFC (Optical Fiber Cable) manufacturing facility in Guindy, Chennai.

Position Details

Position: Machine Line Operator

Department: Production

Location: Guindy, Chennai

Openings: 50-100

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, ECE, Mechatronics, Production, Polymer or Instrumentation

Experience: Freshers are eligible

Shift: A, B & C rotational shifts

1st Year: NAPS Trainee

From 2nd Year: FTC, with potential FTE conversion based on performance and business requirements

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly CTC: ₹20,000 including attendance bonus

Annual CTC: ₹2,40,000

Attendance Bonus: ₹2,400/month for 24 working days

Candidates with internship/project exposure in OFC, Telecom, Cable & Wire, Polymer or Manufacturing will be preferred.
