Machine Learning Engineer (4-0 Years)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 4+ years of experience to bridge the gap between Generative AI and actionable business intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing Large Language Model (LLM) performance and developing advanced clustering models for customer and product segmentation.

Key Responsibilities

LLM Optimization & Evaluation

Optimize accuracy and reduce latency of LLM-powered applications

Design and implement robust LLM evaluation frameworks

Work with LLM APIs and integrate them into production workflows

Advanced Analytics & Modeling

Develop clustering models for customer and product segmentation

Incorporate complex business logic into ML models

Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights

Data Engineering & Orchestration

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL

Develop and manage Python-based DAGs (., Airflow)

Ensure efficient data processing and workflow automation

Technical Requirements

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in LLM Evaluation

Hands-on expertise in Clustering Techniques

Advanced proficiency in SQL

Experience building Python-based DAGs (Airflow or similar tools)

Experience working with LLM APIs

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Experience in self-hosting and fine-tuning LLMs

Knowledge of Time Series Forecasting

Experience in Dimension Reduction techniques

Familiarity with Market Basket Analysis

Hands-on experience with Spark and Alteryx
