• create and optimize power automate (flow) workflows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes across different applications.
• build and maintain reports and dashboards using power bi to visualize data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• configure and customize sharepoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions to facilitate efficient document management and collaboration.
• provide training and support to end-users, promoting adoption of m365 and power platform tools and ensuring smooth integration into daily
workflows.
• stay up to date with the latest m365 and power platform updates, features, and best practices, and recommend their implementation when relevant.
• troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to m365 and power platform solutions, collaborating with it teams if needed.
• participate in the evaluation of third-party integrations and tools that enhance the functionality of m365 and power platform applications.
• lead migration projects from legacy systems to m365 and power platform, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.
• monitor and analyze the performance of m365 and power platform solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
